How do I buy a ticket on Bookkaru.com?

You can book the tickets online which is a very simple process, Use our Android/IOS Apps or book from our website www.bookkaru.com.  After you purchase your ticket you will receive an email/SMS confirmation that also serves as your boarding pass for most of the bus operators. We don't oversell our schedules, so this boarding pass will guarantee you a seat on your ticketed schedule.

What happens when my schedule/service is cancelled?

We'll make every effort to ensure that your travel is not affected by providing alternate services to help you reach the destination. 

How does your boarding process work?

Please arrive at the selected pick-up point a minimum of 20 minutes before departure. Please have your invoice and government issues personal identification while boarding. Show your invoice at Counter to get your boarding coupon.

I’ve lost my ticket printout. What do I do now?

A copy of the invoice would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of invoice and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received your invoice to the e-mail id you provided, you can take a printout on Bookkaru.com website by clicking the link which was sent you by SMS while booking the ticket.

Why is it mandatory to provide my mobile number during booking the ticket(s)?

You must fill in the field "Mobile Number" when booking tickets. Your mobile number will be used to send Booking confirmation SMS, Boarding point details, bus operator will be able to contact you quickly in case you are not on time at the boarding point or Bookkaru will be able to contact you if there is any change in schedule. 

I have not received the ticket Confirmation to my Mobile Number or email id, what do I do?

If you did not receive an email/SMS after your conformation of the booking, there can be two reasons: The electronic payment has failed. In this case the purchase is cancelled by the system. You have entered an incorrect Mobile number/E-mail address. The email ticket has ended up in spam folder. Please check your bank statement first to see if your account/card was charged, please contact us in order to solve this problem. If your account was not charged, then you can retry the booking. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call our 24/7 customer support.

Is it mandatory to carry the required identity proofs along with the e-ticket?

Yes. It is mandatory to carry government issued identity proofs along with your e-ticket.

I missed the bus, am I eligible for a refund?

Bookkaru provides 100% refund if the bus is missed due to either Bookkaru or its partner company's fault. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to Bookkaru it does not provide any refund (for example: waiting at the wrong pickup point or arriving late at the pickup point is not considered for refund).

I have cancelled my booking and when can I get the refund amount?

Cancelled amount will be added to your wallet after cancellation charges, which you can use to buy ticket whenever you want to. If there is less amount in your wallet you can credit your wallet to book your seats.

Would I get a full refund?

Full refund happens only when there has been an error from Bookkaru.com’s end or the operators end. In other cases, where the traveler requests for cancellation, partial refund happens. Please check the cancellation terms of the particular bus operator - these are mentioned on the ticket printout/Email or please contact our customer support for more details.

How Can I book a Hotel on Bookkaru.com?

Booking on Bookkaru.com is an easy process which can be done in very simple way.

Enter the name of the hotel or the region in which you’d like to stay, in the search field on the website, enter check in and check out date and click on Search Button. You will see a desired hotel or a list of hotels in that area. You can book your desired room and pay us via credit card or Jazz Cash.

How do I know about confirmation of my booking?

Once you confirm your booking you will see your invoice with complete details shown. An Email/SMS will be delivered to provided address and Mobile number. Your booking will be confirmed and room will be yours.

Is booking on Bookkaru.com is secure?

Booking on Bookkaru.com is totally safe and secure.  We never send your credit card details to the hotel. If you choose “Pay Later” at the hotel, then you pay the hotel directly when you arrive – no need to share any card details online whatsoever.

General FAQs:

What I didn’t receive a confirmation SMS/E-Mail?

Bookkaru sends SMS or E-Mail alerts provided by customer, for confirmation of their bookings. If you haven’t received an alert which can be a technical fault kindly contact our 24/7 customer care center so that we can deliver your booking details to you.

Can I make a booking without Credit Card?

Yes, you can pay your bookings with credit card and with Jazz Cash, Easypaisa Mobile account  according to your ease.
