You need to login in Bookkaru apps or website and navigate to My account - My bookings and click REFUND/CANCEL SEAT. Amount will be transferred to Bookkaru wallet after deduction of said penalty.
Yes, you can change your seat from Bookkaru App or website. Just visit sign in and navigate to MY Account - My Bookings and click change Seat Option. You will be redirected to Homepage to select new seats. New Invoice will be created and you have to pay 5% extra charges.
We'll make every effort to ensure that your travel is not affected by providing alternate services to help you reach the destination, however in some cases where alternate is not available Bookkaru is liable to reschedule or return amount to Bookkaru Wallet for next purchase.
Bookkaru provides 100% refund if the bus is missed due to either Bookkaru or its partner company's fault. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to Bookkaru it does not provide any refund (for example: waiting at the wrong pickup point or arriving late at the pickup point is not considered for refund).
Full refund happens only when there has been an error from bookkaru.com’s end or the operators end. In other cases, where the traveler requests for cancellation, partial refund happens.
Refund amout will be credited in Bookkaru Wallet which customer can use any time for ticket purchase. Refund amount never being transferred to customer Bank account.
